Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Yes, currently we do not offer a guest checkout option.

What shipping options are available?

We offer two shipping options:

  • We’ll ship your order anywhere within the continental U.S. for a flat rate of $9.99. 
  • You can have your order shipped for FREE to your local Cuyahoga County Public Library branch, where you can pick it up. You’ll receive an email from shop@cuyahogalibrary.org when your order is ready for pick-up. You may also receive a phone call from us as a reminder.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged by our partners at Universal North when your item is shipped. Please note: you will see Universal North on your credit card billing statement, not Cuyahoga County Public Library. This is not an error. Universal North handles billing for all items purchased from this website.  

 

Do you offer order tracking?

Order tracking is only available with flat rate shipping orders.

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive two emails from our business partner, Universal North:

  • Order Acknowledgement upon placement of your order
  • Transaction Receipt when your credit card has been charged and your order has shipped

 

Additionally, if you have selected the flat rate shipping option, you will also receive two emails from UPS:

  • Tracking notification when the UPS shipping label has been created
  • Delivery notification when the order has arrived at the shipping address provided

 

Please note: charges will appear on your credit card as “Universal North.”

Important: Hang on to your Order Acknowledgement email. You’ll need it if you opted to pick up your order at your local CCPL branch. We highly recommend printing a copy of your Order Acknowledgment email to bring with you when you pick up your order.)

I want to have my order delivered to my local CCPL branch. How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?

We’ll send an email to the email address you provided letting you know your order is ready to be picked up. You may also receive a phone call from one of our staff members. Please make sure to bring a copy of your ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT with you when you pick up your order.
