FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Our shipping policy is simple. We’ll ship all of the items on our site anywhere in the United States – except Alaska and Hawaii – for a flat rate of $9.99. No minimums. No additional handling fees. We’ll email you a tracking number after you’ve placed your order.

You will not be charged until your order has shipped. Charges will appear on your credit card as “Universal North.”

Shipped orders generally take 7-10 business days to arrive.

PICK-UP

Don’t want to pay for shipping? You can pick up your order at the Cuyahoga County Public Library branch of your choice free of charge. Just choose the pick-up option at checkout and select one of our 27 branches as your pick-up location.

Pick-up orders generally take 7-10 business days to arrive. You’ll receive an email from shop@cuyahogalibrary.org when your order is ready for pick-up. You may also receive a phone call from us as a reminder.

We will hold your order for 30 days at your local branch. If you have not picked up your order after two weeks you will receive a reminder phone call.

If you have not picked up your order after 30 days your order will be sent to our Administrative Offices in Parma where it will be held until you are able to pick it up.

Important: Please make sure to bring a copy of your ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT with you when you pick up your order.
